Kids come in on Mondays and we plan out the week with them at circle time. They get to feel in charge of their summer while we gently push the pre-thought out activities and field trips :)
Due to the nature of this camp, we require a full week payment. You do not have to attend all 5 days but will be charged for a full week of care.
Theme Camp
- Stephenson Elementary (2627 SW Stephenson St, Portland) $325
This is where we do themed camp. Last summer we had a dystopian sci-fi adventure! *This year's theme TBA* We have the wonderful Stephenson outdoor space as well which allows for so many awesome daily active activities. Come for the full week or just a few days. To get the $75/day rate, you must sign up one week in advance. Otherwise you will receive the drop-in rate of $90/day. Field trip Thursdays will be an additional $25 if not signed up for the full week. This site is for past, present, and incoming Stephenson students only.)

We accept children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. Children who DO NOT attend Stephenson Elementary can only register for The Hive location (Choose Your Own Adventure). If your child is in middle school but was once a Stephenson student, they may attend either site. If your child will be a kinder this fall, they also are welcome to join us.
Drop-ins are considered a sign up 6 or less days before the camp begins. The rate is $90/day or if you sign up for the whole week the rate is $375. Drop-ins are only allowed at the school site (Stephenson Elementary). Showing up day of is allowed but we would appreciate a call/text at least 24 hours in advance.
All changes to your schedule must be made by May 30th. There will be no refunds after May 30th. Once summer has started, all registered camps become your financial responsibility.
Invoices for registered camps will go out monthly starting in June. They are due on the 15th of each month. If we do not receive payment, we unfortunately will have to put your child's attendance on hold. Please reach out to us if you have concerns!
If a household registers more than 1 child, additional children are given a 10% discount.
No. We provide a snack at 10am and again at 3pm. Please DO NOT send kids with food that needs to be microwaved. We are not allowed to use a microwave for any child's food.
Every Thursday will be field trip day at the school site. If you are registered for a full week or 4 days, there is no extra charge. If you are attending 3 or 2 days or just Thursday, there is an additional $25 fee to go on the field trip.
Yes! Helmets are required no matter what. They are free to leave the "vehicle" with us overnight for the week, take them home each day, and even park it with us the entire summer.
The only day we allow devices like iPads, tablets, Switch, etc. are on Fridays during the movie (4pm). Please leaves devices home all other days of the week. We know many kids have smart watches and phones but we only allow use for emergencies. They cannot use them to play games and text friends throughout the day.
